Some of us may work harder in life to achieve the things we aim for. But, in reality working harder is not the way. We have to work smarter, in that way we can budget our time and use it to our advantage.

I think it depends all on proper time and wealth management.
Also, discipline is needed to be practiced. You cannot be too thrifty to the point of starving yourself or too lax that you spend your money at whim.
